During the Covid Pandemic, BIJA MUSIC made lemonade out of lemons at the Barndance Studio in Santa Rosa CA, producing a Virtual Youth Talent Show at the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center. It was great success; here’s the 4-stage process for any organization who would like to use this as a model.
